Job Title: Business Development Representative
Reports to: President of Sales and Marketing
Location: Owings Mills MD
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will interact with EuroSort sales and marketing personnel. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with prospects that are in various stages of the evaluation/buying process. BDR will qualify leads developed from various marketing campaigns, contact prospects through cold calling and e-mails, assist marketing with campaigns, present our solutions to potential customers and provide support for trade shows.
A successful Business Development Representative will:
- Represent EuroSort in a professional manner
- Work independently, as well as with others to help fill the sales funnel
- Set up meetings and calls between prospects and Regional Sales Managers
- Assist with trade shows (prepare, attend) and other marketing efforts
- Support social media efforts using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Prepare the EuroSort facility for in house visits from customers
- Manage our customer database
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate college degree
- Team player – able to work with all departments within EuroSort
- Must be willing to travel up to 15%
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experience with a CRM, Mail Chimp, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and Engage preferred
