EuroSort responds to challenge of Covid-19

The health, safety and success of our customers, partners and employees are our top priority.

Following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you about the latest status and measures at EuroSort. The spread of the virus is a concern across the globe and we have taken precautions to protect you, our employees and the communities that we serve.

Service and support:

Wherever possible, EuroSort has implemented remote operations in order to reduce contacts and gatherings of people. However, this doesn’t mean we are not online to support your service and support needs. Our service levels for customers has remained unchanged and for other requests we are open during our normal business hours.

In some countries we are still able to perform on site service and we recommend contacting the service team if this is a requirement for you. All people that have to travel will be given the proper documentation and training to adhere to the recommendations of the WHO and additional PPE’s will be provided to them. If you need on site assistance please also share your site’s regulations upfront so our teams can be informed.

Production:

From the beginning of the outbreak we have been evaluating the impact of COVID-19 and working with our supply chain to ensure continuation of our production line, this includes preparing contingency plans to navigate a very dynamic situation. Through the dedication of our teams and suppliers we have been able to continue production. We can continue production for the foreseeable future whilst we ensure that our employees can work in the safest possible environment in accordance with WHO recommendations.

Delivery:

Even though our production line is assembling our products to the agreed timelines with our customers and partners, we are experiencing difficulties in expediting some of our shipments to certain countries. This is mainly due to local restrictions. Whenever this has an effect on your order, your contact person will personally be in touch with you. At this time we have been able to ship all orders through corporation with our partners to our customers.

Sales and inquiries

Our sales teams are also working remote. As you may be used to regular visits or on site inspections to establish the right product for your operations, we are now operating through videoconferencing, telephone or e-mail to support our customers and business partners.

New sales tool:

If you have a requirement for seeing your products in a Demo Sorter environment please send them to us and we will record the process, or stream out via video conference. We are happy to support any inquiries you may have and are fully operational to provide quick quotations if required.

We realize that we are very fortunate to be able to continue our operations and support our customers and business partners whilst adapting to a new standard of doing business. We are in this together and we still cannot fully foresee the impact of this situation. However we are proud to see how everyone is stepping up to do their part to reduce the spread and impact of the virus and we will do the same.
