When?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Automatic sorting has now more than proven itself in various branches. Whether it concerns clothing<\/a>, mail<\/a>, articles with different shapes, books or medicines<\/a>. Thanks to automatic sorting, processing is faster, better, more efficient and ultimately cheaper. It seems like a great invention, but when does it become interesting for your company? When will the investment outweigh the savings?<\/p>\n

ROI scan<\/h3>\n

Every company is different, so we always provide a tailor-made ROI scan with regard to your payback time with every serious quotation request. Based on this, a justified cost\/benefit assessment can be made.<\/p>\n

High throughput<\/h3>\n

Automatic sorting is especially interesting with a high throughput of individual articles. Our solutions<\/a> are (depending on type and setup) designed for processing 3000 to 25000 pieces per hour. Ready for an order in carton, bag or carrier bag.<\/p>\n

EuroSort uses a lower limit of approximately 20,000 pieces per day, or approximately 2.5 million pieces per year as a minimal for automated sortation. But, we mention right away, that is not a hard requirement.<\/p>\n

Size & Weight<\/h3>\n

In addition to those numbers, we have to deal with minimum and maximum sizes that can be processed and the same applies to the weight. The sizes* that we can process are:<\/p>\n

minimum 100x100x5 mm
\nmaximum 600x600x400 mm<\/p>\n

*Different sizes are available on request.<\/p>\n

We use a considerable bandwidth for the weight to be processed. Our sorters have a margin of 100 grams up to a maximum of approximately 20 kg, depending on the type of carrier. Our heavy duty options can be stretched to a maximum of 25 kg.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
