A unit sorter for cartons, polybags and all other odd-sized articles. One of the new products EuroSort Systems introduced at the Cemat 2011. It is a new combi sorter especially for the mix of many different articles, such as shoe cartons, polybags and other products.

EuroSort, market leader in the flatsorter market, designed a Push Tray sorter as requested by its customer to be able to put in many different and odd shaped articles into the same machine.

EuroSort designed and developed, based on the proven concept of her flatsorter, a high capacity “push-tray” sorter. The combination of the standard frame work with a clever drive system makes the sorter, low maintenance and low noise machine.

The size of the exit (chute), the size of the tray in the sorter are both configurable and can have different dimensions so various articles can go to various exits depending on their characteristics. The capacity of the sorter can be  14.400  trays per hour and induction of the articles can be manual or automatically.
